1 c imitation crab, shredded4 c cucumber - peeled, seeded and thinly sliced1 c re-hydrated seaweed4 T Miracle Whip Light.5 tsp Sriracha (hot chili garlic sauce)salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together and chill. Add more Sriracha if you like spicier food but be careful of this hot sauce, it's powerful.
Dried seaweed can be found in bags at your local Asian market or Whole Foods store.
