Taco Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup lean ground beef1/2 cup cream cheese20 jumbo shells, cooked al dente2 packages taco seasoning1 can refried beans, fat free8 oz mexican style cheese (Weight Watchers)20 Tbsp salsa1 cup taco sauce10Tbsp sour cream
Directions
Brown beef in large skillet over medium heat. Mix in cream cheese and taco seasoning, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in refried beans, keep warm. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cover bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish with taco sauce. Fill cooked shells with beef mixture. Arrange shells in baking dish and top each with 1 Tbsp. of salsa. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and top with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with each shell with 1/2 Tbsp of sour cream before serving.
