Hellman's parmesan chicken

Ingredients
3 split chicken breasts1/4 c Hellman's mayonnaise2 Tbsp grated parmesan1/4 c seasoned breadcrumbsolive oil(If you're using 4 breasts, I would just increase the mayonnaise to a heaping 1/4 cup, increase the parmesan to a heaping 2 Tbsp, and increase the breadcrumbs just a bit, too.)
Directions
Heat oven to 425.

Mix mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Lightly coat baking dish with olive oil (I use a mister). Lay chicken breasts in baking dish. Spread 1/3 of mayonnaise on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle a heaping 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs on each piece. Lightly mist again with olive oil to help breadcrumbs crisp up and brown. Bake 20-25 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

Makes 3 split breasts, plenty for 2 adults plus 2 small children.
