Broccoli-Potato Bake

Ingredients
4 Small Potatoes-Peeled and Diced2-tsps Margarine1-tsp Salt1/4 Cup Skim Milk1-10oz Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (About 1-Oz)
Directions
1) Cook, drain, and mash potatoes with margarine, salt and milk
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3) Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.
4) Put into casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese
5) Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts
