French Toast

Ingredients
1 lg. white egg1/4 cup of milk2 slices of bread1 tbsp of ground cinnamon2 tsp of syrupcan of Pam cooking spray*fresh fruit wedges (oranges, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas) optional
Directions
1. crack and whip egg in a large bowl
2. spray skillet with Pam
3. add milk and ground cinnamon to egg and continue to stir
4. dip slices of bread on both sides in batter mix and place in skillet
5. cook on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat
6. place on plate with fresh fruit.
