My Grama's Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 - 14.75 oz can Bumble Bee Wild Alaska Pink Salmon, drained & flaked2 large eggs slightly beaten1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 Tbsp minced dried onion2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp prepared mustard14 saltine crackers, crushed1 cup 2% milk1 Tbsp butter, meltedBlack pepper or dash of Tabasco
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a small loaf pan with non-stick spray.

Combine ingredients in order, pat into baking dish, bake 45 to 50 minutes (or until center is 'set'). Cool 10 minutes - loosen and place on serving plate with spatula.

NOTE: The bones in canned salmon are perfectly edible and actually give a nice crunch. They also contain a lot of calcium.
