Vegan 7-Layer Dip

Ingredients
1 can Rosarita Vegetarian Refried Beans1 package of Boca Ground Crumbles1 package of taco seasoning1 package of premade pico de gallo12 oz Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream1 small can of black olives, chopped1 large avocado, diced
Directions
Nutritional Info for 12 servings, approximately 3/4-1 cup.
Brown boca crumbles in a skillet. Add taco seasoning with a 1/4 cup of water, stir and heat until well combined.
I use a glass casserole dish so you can see the layers. Evenly spread all ingredients in the following order from the bottom up: refried beans, taco meat, pico de gallo and sour cream. Sprinkle chopped black olives and diced avocado across top.
Mixture will keep well in the fridge for several hours before serving. Do not add avocado until right before serving.
Serve with baked corn chips or enjoy on a bed of lettuce!
