Layered Mexican Dip

1 1/2 cups fat free refried beans1 8 oz stick fat free cream cheese, room temp6 tsp ( 1 pkg) taco seasoning mix1 cup shredded lettuce16 tbsp(8z) fat free sour cream, divided2 medium red tomatoes, diced, divided1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese1 cup green pepper, diced, or red peppers2 tbs green onions, diced10 black olives, sliced1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, choppedtortilla chips
Layer ingredients on large 12-14 inch serving platter. Spread refried beans evenly over platter. Mix softened cream cheese with taco seasoning, spread smoothly over refried beans. Sprinkle shredded lettuce over cream cheese. Top with diced tomatoes, reserving 1 teaspoonful. Sprinkle red/green peppers and green onions over tomatoes, Spread sour cream, reserving one tablespoonfull, evenly over peppers and onions. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Scatter sliced olives and diced jalapeno over cheese. Top with reserved sour cream and diced tomatoes. Serve with chips. Serves 12-15 1/2 cup size servings
