Pierre's Light Mish-Mash Omelette

Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Whites1 slice genoa salami (Or ham) chopped1/2 slice Light Havarti cheese (Or cheddar) chopped1/4 cup diced green or red bell pepper1/4 cup chopped spring onion (Or shallot)Tiny bit of butter for cookingSalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat up non-stick pan on medium heat, melt butter, fry up onion and pepper for 2 minutes until softened,add slalmi pieces, heat for 1 minute, pour egg whites over delicately, add cheese on top, sprinkle salt & peppa. Cook as is covered, or simply scramble until cooked.
