Broccoli Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
1 ready-to-bake pie crust3 large eggs1 cup 1% milk1 cup fresh broccoli, steamed2 roma tomatoes, diced10 pitted kalamata olives, quartered.5 cup provolone cheese, shreddedoregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion flakes to taste
Directions
Unroll pie crust into pie plate and flute edges.
Place steamed broccoli in pie plate.
Beat together eggs, milk, and herbs/spices; pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes and kalamatas into pie shell.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 mins.
