Chicken Tortilla Cassarole

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-boiled6 -8 corn tortilla's depending on size1-2 can enchilada sauce red or green1 can low fat cream of chicken soupmexican style shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Shred cooked chicken, mix with soup and chilies
layer pan with corn tortillas, layer with chicken mixture, then layer cheese. Put on another layer of tortilla's, then another layer of cheese. Cover with enchilada sauce
Bake 20-30 min until hot.

Serves 8 1/2 -3/4 cup serving

    This is really good! My man said it's definitely a winner and to make sure it's in the "repeat" pile of recipes--often! I did add some chopped jalapeno to the chicken mixture and put salsa and shredded cheese on top before baking. Adds a little more spice. I also used fatfree tortillas. - 3/17/08
