Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
24 ounces of tilapia fillets (we use frozen) - 6 or 7 fillets typically1 egg - beaten1 tablespoon water1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light1/2 tsp. paprika1/2 cup prepared bread crumbs1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and dry defrosted tilapia fillets. Mix egg with water in bowl. Combine butter with bread crumbs, grated parmesan, and paprika and set aside. Dip tilapia fillets in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in greased glass pan. Cook 12-15 minutes or until just cooked through and fish flakes easily.
