Semolina Dessert

Ingredients
1 cup of semolina4 cups of Vanilla Soy Milk1/4 cup of chopped pecans1 tsp of cardamon
Directions
Bring milk and cardamon to a boil, slowly pour in semolina. Cook for 10 minutes on low fire, add pecans. Pour into 6 individual forms (silycon works very well,) let cook and store in fridge. Serve with berries, or yogurt, some chocolate chips and/or honey.
