Joe's Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
2 cups minute rice1 can swanson chicken broth, Fat free, low sodium2 tablespoons half and half1 tablespoon canola oil2 stalks celery1/2 red bell pepperfresh basil, choppedonion powder, 1/2 tablespoonmrs dash grilling blends - chicken, 1 tsp.
Directions
Sautee vegtables in oil till partially carmelized, add broth, half and half and rice plus seasonings, bring to boil and put a lid on it and turn off heat. Enjoy!
