Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup mix1 c. shredded cheddar cheese2 eggs1/2 c. Reduced fat Bisquick1 c. sim milk
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate (with Pam). Cook beef and soup mix until beef is brown, drain. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. I counted this as six servings but you could make it eight (or four).
