Ingredients
1 can of Salmon20 Saltine Crackers (unsalted tops)1/2 C nonfat Milk1 large egg1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Onion Powder
Directions
Mix Salmon, crackers, milk, egg, pepper and onion powder in a bowl. Shape into patties.
Fry in Med Hot non-stick skillet.
