apple drop biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup bisquick1 tbsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup milk1/2 cup grated apples
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Make a well in the middle and add milk and apples. Stir until dough forms. Drop 1 tbsp onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 425.

Makes 9 biscuits.

    These are good. They are very small. I didn't spray the baking sheet, but will try that next time as they stuck to the sheet. I used McIntosh and it gave a nice slightly taste. Also,I used a whole wheat version of HeartSmart Bisquick and stevia. - 11/5/20
