Ingredients
1 slice whole grain bread1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 packet Splenda or 1 teaspoon Xilitol6 walnut halves
Directions
One serving:
Place slice of whole grain bread on a piece of aluminum foil
top with 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
top with 6 walnut halves
Sprinkle Xilitol or Splenda on top
Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted
