1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 tbsp Wheat Germ1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk1/2 cup water1 packet sugar substitute
This wholesome smoothie makes 1 serving and is delicious! With only 117 calories and 8.7 grams of Net carbs it is yummy and healthy all at the same time!
Place soymilk, water, frozen strawberries, wheat germ, cocoa powder, and sugar substitute in a blender. Cover and blend to desired consistency. If you would like a creamier smoothie, then add some more soymilk or water to your taste. The wheat germ adds a boost of protein, and who doesn't love chocolate covered strawberries.
