2/3 cup Ocean Spray Craisins2 cups Dole Shredded Red Cabbage2 Cups Fresh Express Baby Spinach2 Chicken Breasts, cooked. (I do mine in the Foreman)4 tbsp Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing4 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Mix the Spinach, Cabbage, Cranberries, and 2 tbsp of the dressing into a bowl, coating everything well. Add the chicken cubes and the remaining 2 tbsp of dressing. Toss again till all is coated well. I divide the mix into 4 containers to be able to take to work. Take 1 container along with one tortilla. When ready, place mix in top center of tortilla, flip up the bottom and roll in the sides and you're ready for lunch!
