Ingredients
Wick Fowler's False Alarm Chili Kit (yellow box and in most stores)2 lbs 93% or more lean beef1 Medium to Large yellow onion diced1 Medium to Large Green pepper diced1 Large 28oz can petite diced tomatoes2 approx. 15oz cans black beans1 approx 16oz can stewed tomatoesLawry's seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder and any other spice you want to add.
Directions
Brown Ground Beef (no need to drain because it is lean), add chopped onion and green pepper and cook until veggies are tender but still crisp.
Add all cans and spices. Do not drain any of the juice from the cans.
Cover pot and simmer for approx. 30 minutes on med/low heat.
*IMPORTANT* I don't use the Masa and Salt pkt from the Chili seasoning kit. It makes the chili too thick and I like Lawry's seasoning salt to taste better.

I serve this over fritos or in a tortilla with extra sharp shredded chedder on top..yummy ( this last suggestion not included in the nutritional info...) Enjoy!
