Turkey Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20.8 oz Onions, raw, 1 small 1.5 cups of waterHeinz Organic Ketchup, 8 tbsp (.5 cup)Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet Giant Boil-In-Bag Rice {svg=.5 cup (about 1 cup cooked), 2 cup Giant Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1.00 cup
Directions
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium high heat; drain fat
Stir in water, ketchup, mustard optional salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese;cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
