Shrimp Diablo

Ingredients
14 oz cooked (frozen) shrimp1 box wheat pasta - any shape/kind3 lemons1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 medium/large onion3 cloves garlic cloves12 oz can of diced tomotoesDried OreganoFresh Basil1 cup white wine
Directions
Cook shrimp in pan with 2 tbsp olive oil, add crushed red pepper. Take shrimp out and place in separate bowl with juices.

In same pan: Add 2 tbsp olive oil, carmelize the onion. Add the garlic, tomoatoes, wine, red pepper, and oregano. Let simmer and heat up. Add shrimp and juices from bowl.

Cook pasta. Drain. Add parmesan cheese, zest the three lemons into the pasta and the juice from the lemons.

Mix it all together and throw fresh basil on top for garnish.
