Skillet Chicken & Tomatos

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skin removed1-28 ounce can Hunts Diced Tomatos, with basic, garlic &oregano (or use your favorite)salt-to tastewhite pepper-to tasteonion powder-to tasteolive oil 2 tablespoons1 cup water (filtered if possible)
Directions
Add spices to each side of chicken breasts,
Heat oil in large skillet.
Make oil very hot, but not smoking.
Sear chicken for approx 2-3 minutes on each side until they have a crispy outside.
Add 1 cup water
Add can of diced tomatos.
Turn heat to med-low or low
Cover with lid
Simmer for approx 25 min until juices run clear from chicken breasts when cut open.
May serve over rice or noodles, or with a complimentary vegetable.
