Fried Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 lg can of salmon1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs1/4 cup plain egg beatersLemon-pepper seasoning to taste
Directions
Mix everythng together and allow to rest for 10-15 mins for flavors to mix.

spray nonstick fry pan with vegetable spray or olive oil spray and heat pan over med. temp.

Shape salmon mixture into 3 inch patties about 1/2 inch thick. Cook on each side until brown.

Makes about 12 patties; serving size is 3.

    I always made salmon patties with all the ingredients except I used flour and cornmeal...this sounds much better with bread crumbs..atleast it will cut down the carbs. It is really good like this. Thanks. - 6/10/07
