Chelles Shrimp Stuffed Pasta

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup Parsley, .25 cup Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1.25 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, .50 cup salt Pepper
Directions
mix ricotta cheese and 1 cup mexican cheese with green onions, shrimp meat, garlic, sour cream and parsley. salt & pepper. Stuff pre cooked pasta shells and place in oven safe baking dish. Now mix cream of mushroom soup with canned milk and thin down for a cream sauce may need to add or milk to make thin, pour over shells and top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 unitl bubbling hot and cheese melts.
