Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, diced1 lg. carrot, julienned3 stalks celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 14.5 ounce can red kidney beans (with liquid)1 14.5 ounce can great northern beans (with liquid)1 15 ounce can tomato sauce1 12 ounce can V-8 juice1 T. white vinegar1 t. oregano1 t. basil1/2 t. pepper1/2 t. thyme1/2 lb. (1/2 pkg.) ditali pasta
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Add vegetables and sautee. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 50 minutes. Add cooked pasta. Cook a few more minutes.
