Crustless Banana Custard

Ingredients
3 med. ripe bananas, sliced2 tbsp. cornstarch1/8 tsp. sea salt2 c. unsweetened almond breeze, vanillastevia powder to taste1/2 tsp. vanilla1/8 tsp. almond extract3 lg. egg yolks, beatenwhip cream for topping
Directions
cook cornstarch, salt & almond breeze until hot on the stove. Add stevia and spices & egg yolks. Whisk. Cook 5-8 minutes until it thickens then pour over banana slices & let cool for 2 hrs.
