Ingredients
Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium DDV skim milk powder, 40 gramsWhite flour, 30 gram(s) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence few dropsSweetner Colgran, 1 tsp1 tsp plant margerine to grease form (or use a rubber mould)
Directions
Grate the pear fine and mix it with the other ingredients. Mix it well to make a even doug..
Grease the form and divide dough into 4 muffinforms..
Bake at 200c for 20-25 minutes
The muffin should cool before they are eaten..
