Ingredients
Directions
Tilapia, Bay ScallopsGarlic, Butter, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Flour, Seasonings
Makes 4 servings
1. Set oven to broil. Place tilapia filets on baking sheet. Broil for approx. 3-4 min on each side. While fish is in oven, saute the scallops in a little bit of butter on the stovetop. Just a few min. Seafood cooks fast. (Set aside)
2. Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in skillet on LOW. Add flour, do not brown. Mix in salt, pepper, garlic.
3. Add milk slowly until sauce is a smooth consistency.
4. You can mix your scallops into the sauce or keep separte. I keep mine separate so each person can have the amount of sauce they want.

Seems like there is a lot of sodium in this recipe is it right? I like the recipe and I will probably try it. - 2/13/10

Well, I truly didn't look at the amount of sodium that came up LOL. It can't be right. I am brand new to sparkpeople. I tried my best to create this recipe correctly. I am not actually adding much salt. That is just what came up when I entered the ingredients.
