Ingredients
5 medium Yukon Gold Potato's 1 3/4 cup Flour, white1/4 cup Whole Wheat FlourSalt to taste
Directions
Cook whole potatoes until kitchen knife can go all the way through without resistance. Run through food mill or grinder once easy to handle but still warm. Mix with flour and knead dough. Salt to taste. I also added some garlic powder and onion powder because I like more flavour. Divide into 5 peices and roll into long log. Cut into 3/4 inch peices. Boil in salted water until floating and remove with slotted spoon to serving platter. Serve with your choice of sauce.
