BK Spicy Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients
ground turkey, all white, 97/3, 1 poundOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves (minced)Egg Whites, 1Thyme, ground, 1 tspGinger, ground, 1 tspPepper, black, 1/4 tspSalt, 1/4 tspSage, ground, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Form into patties and cook in a medium hot skillet. Optional would be to broil.
