Chicken nuggets

Ingredients
1lb skinless chicken breasts1 lrg egg1 cup seasoned bread crumbs2 tblsps sunflower/vegetable /olive oil
Directions
Make your breadcrumbs using a food processor, add a little salt to taste, and set aside.
Beat your egg in a seperate side dish.
Wash and then cut the chicken breasts into thick chunks.
Coat the chicken in the egg, and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Spread them out on a baking tray and then drizzle with the oil.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees or gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden in colour.
