Chicken and Veggie Egg Bake

Ingredients
8 egg whites2 whole eggs.3 cup skim milk9 oz shredded chicken breast (cooked)1/2 cup green pepper1/2 cup onion1/2 cup frozen spinach
Directions
Combine egg whites, eggs and milk and wisk. Add all other ingredients. Spray 9 inch pie dish with pam and add all ingredients. Cook at 350 for 45 min or until cooked through. Makes 4 large servings or 6 smaller portions
