Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced fine4-6 roma tomatoes, dicedabout 2 T of fince minced onions, rinsed1 clove garlic, mincedjuice of 1/2 limekosher salt & pepper
Directions
Mix everything together in a bowl. Allow to sit for at leasts 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld. Keeps about 1 week in the fridge, or about 1 day in the Kitchen Witch household.
