Healthy Chicken Parmesan

1/2 cup Fiber One original bran cereal2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasoning1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1 egg white2 teaspoons fat-free milk1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-thick strips1 tablespoon olive oil6 oz uncooked whole grain linguine2 cups pasta sauce
1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Crush cereal in food processor.
2. In a bowl, mix cereal, cheese, italian seasoning and garlic salt. In another bowl, mix egg white and milk until belended. Dip chicken in egg white mixture, then coat well with cereal mixture'place in pan. Drizzle oil over chicken.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes (until chicken is crisp and cooked through).
4. Cook linguine and heat pasta sauce.
