*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Baking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp Maple Syrup, .33 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cupVanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tbsp *Silk Soy Milk, 1 cup Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
add all dry ingredients and mix
add remaining ingredients and fold until just mixed
spray muffin tins
bake 400 for 25 minutes
