White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

1 pkg Phildelphia 95% fat free cream cheese (8 oz)1 pkg Reduced Fat oreos (18 oz)1 (10 oz) pkg Wilton Candy Melts - White Chocolate Sprinkle
Let cream cheese soften at room tempature for 1 hour, meanwhile crush the entire pkg of oreos with a rolling pin making sure that no large chunks remain (MUST be finely crushed).
After the cream cheese is soft, mix the oreos and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, when the mix is finished it should be a dark gray to black color.
Using 2 cookie sheets (one stacked on the other to chill both) roll and place the mixture by level 1/2 Tbsp onto the top cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm.
While the truffles are firming melt 1/2 of the bag of Wilton Candy Melts according to manufacturers directions, when the truffles are firm remove from fridge and cover 2nd sheet with parchment paper.
Dip the bottom portion of the truffles into the melted chocolate and place on lined cookie sheet. After all truffles have been dipped, return to refrigerator for 30 miinutes, with the second cookie sheet again placed underneath the cookie sheet with the truffles on it.
While the truffles are firming melt second 1/2 of the bag of Wilton Candy Melts, when the truffles are firm remove from fridge and cover 2nd sheet with parchment paper.
With the melted chocolate dip the remainder of the truffles and return to the refrigerator once more for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and enjoy.
