Hot Chicken or Turkey Salad

Ingredients
4 C chicken or turkey breast, cooked and diced 1 1/2 C celery1 can sliced water chestnuts1/3 C slivered almonds1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 1/2 C light mayonnaise1 C shredded colby jack cheese1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing, lower sodium chicken flavor, dry2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown spread
Directions
In a prepared 9 x 13 baking dish, combine cooked chicken, celery, water chestnuts, almonds, mushroom soup, and mayonnaise. Smooth out. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.

In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add dry stuffing mix. Toss until combined. Pour over the casserole and distribute evenly.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake 10 minutes, or until heated through.
