Cranberry Vanilla Granola

Ingredients
3.5 cups whole oats2 Tbs chopped nuts1/2 cup honey2 Tbsp vegetable oil1 t. vanilla1/2 t. cinnamon1/8 t. salt1 cup dried cranberrries
Directions
Mix oaks and nuts in a large bowl. Mix honey, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a suace pan. Heat to disolve and blend. Pour over the oat and nut mix. Spead on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to allow for even roasting. Let cook and add the cranberries. Store in a sealed container.
