Dilled Carrots-Rainbow's

Ingredients
8 oz baby carrots1 tablespoon of fresh dillweed2 tabkespoons of Challenge Butter with Canola Oil1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Cover carrots with water and boil until tender but still firm. Drain
2. Add butter, dillweed and lemon juice and mix.

Serves 5 about 5-6 carrots each
