Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries1 handful (~5) frozen strawberries (or add until you get a good consistency)4 tbsp. plain yogurt1/2 cup 2% milk1 tbsp. wheat bran1 1/2 tsp. flaxseeds1/4 cup green tea3 - 4 tbsp. oatmeal (dry)
Directions
1) Blend all ingredients.
2) Makes two cups!
