Organic mexican veggie soup

Ingredients
1 package of carrots1 head cauliflower1 bunch of broccoli1 small package of corn1 can black beans1 large container of mushrooms2-1qt low sodium chicken stock2 pkts of taco seasoning1 large onion
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large pot and cook on med-high for about 45 min than simmer for 15. Do not let the veggies get to mushy.
