Bread Whole Wheat Master Recepies 5 Minutes a day

Ingredients
2.75 cup whole wheat flour1 cup all purpose flour unbleached1 packet granutated yeast1.5 tsp kosher salt1/8 cup vital wheat gluten2 cups water
Directions
In a 5quart buket mix all dry ingredients first then add 100f water to the dry ingrediets and mix all, let it rest for 2 hours and put in refrigetator for 3 hours , sprinkle some flour on top of the mixture and shape a 2lbs size ball and strech to 8x5 loaf , spray canola oil in loaf pan and let rest the dough for 1.5 hours, preheat oven for 450f for 5 min and put a poating roast at the bottom of oven and rack to put bread on the middle, optional water the top of loaf and sprinkle some sead or herbs , put in the oven and ad 1 cup of water to roastin pan to make a cripy bread, be careful of glass because can shutter, cook bread for 40 min, let it cool in outside in a rack for 10 min and take it out of loaf pan cut bread in 2 hours for better cut.
