Multigrain Mexican Chicken Salad

1 14 oz can black beans1 14 oz can corn1 pint grape tomatoes1 package kashi pilafjuice from 1 lime5 Tbls olive oil2 Tbls cidar vinegar1 tsp cayenne pepper4.5 tsp chili powdercilantro, to taste1 avocadoabout 2 cups of shredded or cubed chicken , cooked(I use half of a rotisserie chicken)
Cook Kashi pilaf according to package directions.
In large bowl, mix together black beans, corn, tomatoes, cooked kashi pilaf, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, cayenne, and chili powder, and cilantro. Mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
Add avocado and chicken and mix gingerly.
Serve with tostadas, if desired.
