1 med banana1/2 each frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches1/2 orange juice1/2 skim milk1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
This makes one large smoothie or two smaller ones.
I use a magic bullet and just serve it right out of the cup.
The important thing is to use frozen fruit as it makes it a thick consistency. You can always add more skim milk to thin it. My kids love this for breakfast.
