Ingredients
3 medium ripe tomatoes, halved3 sundried tomatoes, soaked (optional for color/sweetness)1 oz almonds (about 20)1 med slice onion3 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs (try basil, parsley & marjoram)
Directions
Blend until smooth and warm, garnishing with three basil leaves. Serve immediately with seasoned flax crackers.
