Ground Venison & Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
1 pound ground venison2 cups whole button mushrooms1 large onion diced1 cup celery diced2 10.5oz cans cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Fry deer with onions and celery until browned. Add cans of soup. Add mushrooms and put into a crockpot on low until mushrooms are cooked. Add milk and keep at low until ready to serve. Serves 3 people 2 cup portions or cut stats in half for 6 people 1 cup portions.
