Some Like it Hot Shrimp

1 pkg of frozen deveined and tail off shrimp (33oz)1 T cornstarch1/2 cup orange juice2 t low sodium soy sauce1 T white wine vinegar1 T hunan chili paste2 T Olive Oil1 t dried ginger powder3 t minced garlic
Place frozen shrimp in a strainer and run hot water over to thaw. Then, transfer to a bowl and add cornstarch and toss. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix juice, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, chili paste, and dried ginger. Wisk and set aside.
In a large nonstick skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Then add minced garlic and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Add shrimp mixture; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add juice mixture and cook another 2 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
