Chicken and Chicken Sausage w/ tri colored peppers

Ingredients
1 pound chicken boneless, skinless chicken breast1 pack (6 links) sweet Italian chicken sausage, sliced1 can petite diced tomatoes1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup diced onion2 stalks celery, diced2 green peppers, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 yellow pepper, choppedcrushed red pepper (to taste)
Directions
Poach chicken breasts with celery and onion in chicken broth in a dutch oven or stock pot.
Remove chicken breasts, drain off most of the broth reserving the onions and celery.
Add the chicken sausage and peppers to the pot, saute in the remaining broth.
Add the diced tomatoes and season with red pepper flakes to taste.
Dice the poached chicken and add to the both. Simmer another ten minutes or until chicken is heated.
